A busy weekend for sport
Tri-Athy, Wicklow 200 &100, Women's Mini Marathon and the Cork City Marathon are only a few of the events on this weekend that clients from the clinic are partipating in.
We wish you all best of luck, have a great time, remain injury free and don't forget the sun screen! As always we'd be more than happy to see you and hear how the event went should you like to drop in for a recovery massage.
