We had a really enjoyable evening out at the Wicklow Tri Aquathon tonight in the sunshine. We were doing free pre race warm up and post race massages.

Thanks to all who waited patiently in the queue for a massage. We hope to be at the next Aquathons in July and August. Come up for a chat with us, or ask your injury questions when we are there, we'd would be delighted to meet you. Well done to all who participated.
