Irish Track Cycling Squad
Last week Karen Doyle Physical Therapist travelled with the Track Cycling squad to Cali in Columbia for the 2nd round of the UCI Track World cup
Cali is a friendly city, noisy from horns, drums and salsa music all hours of the day a love of cycling, and with the best spectators on the fastest track of the World Cups.
Ireland did very well. Martyn Irvine continued his good form to come 5th in the Omnium helping him towards paving his path to the Olympics, and Caroline Ryan placed 6th in the Individual Pursuit qualifying for the Worlds in Melbourne next year.
Next up, the World Cup in Beijing in January.
